About Aiaea
Enterprise architecture.
Built for AI to use.
Aiaea stands for AI Aided Enterprise Architecture. Our slogan is simple: By AI for AI.
For people building AI harnesses
Harness builders are our first audience. Greater autonomy should come with greater control over what happens. Aiaea’s aim is to give your harness architectural intent, constraints, relationships, and evidence it can use to guide its work.
The benefit we pursue is a harness that demands less attention, causes less damage, and calls for a human when it really matters. Routine work proceeds autonomously; choices requiring human intent or judgment become focused decision points.
For enterprise and software architects
Your architectural ideas should flow into code and system delivery, with evidence returning from implementation and operation. We aim to remove the repeated manual work of establishing a baseline, keep architecture revisions accurate, and carry implementation through with minimal human participation.
TOGAF and ArchiMate inform this approach: a disciplined architecture process and explicit models connect intent, design, and delivery. AI handles the routine work while architects contribute direction, revision, and decisions.
For enterprise leaders
The benefits reach enterprise leaders through improved software quality and a visible path from their ideas to architectural and engineering decisions. The intended result is that the whole team can see what was decided and why.
Rationale changes how an idea travels. Instead of simply following an order, each participant can understand the purpose, support the idea, challenge its assumptions, and help develop it. Preserving that reasoning gives ideas a better chance to become shared direction.
A model to work from
An enterprise is more than its software. It has goals, people, processes, information, applications, and technology. A change in one part can affect the rest. Enterprise architecture makes those relationships explicit.
Aiaea’s direction is to make that architecture usable by AI: a shared foundation for understanding what exists, describing what should change, and checking whether the resulting system meets its purpose.
From documents to deliberate action
We want architecture to guide the work itself. Requirements should inform implementation. Decisions should retain their context. Tests and operational evidence should tell us whether the intended result was achieved.
This is what Enterprise as Code means to us: architecture becomes a structured working asset that a harness can inspect, reason over, and evolve alongside the systems it governs.
By AI for AI
AI should help create and maintain the architectural context that other AI agents need to act effectively. People remain the source of purpose and judgment, joining to review, revise, and decide rather than carrying every task between tools.
